Took over 2 years to built (very hard on us).However, with perseverance we now operate this new Triplex and monthly return so far are excellent.

I have been blessed with a strong work ethic, gritty perseverance, and above-average intelligence.

That said, whatever it is, it too shall pass and you will persevere. 

Just need Patience, Persistence and Perseverance - 3 P's. 

I would recommend "Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance" as well as "The Miracle Morning" which can both help you focus in on attaining whatever goals you have. 

No major success is going to happen overnight, also no matter how prepared you are there will not be there is going to be a learning curve and no failure but you got to dust yourself off and keep at it and that is what most people lack is perseverance.

It's great to hear how far perseverance can take you even when you have no experience.

If you want to continue to do business with your partner and you make each other better investors, I would go to great lengths to persevere the long term relationship above short term profits.

Ironically, this can tank your project/goal or drag it out forever, where there's no completion/success.It's important to take action and be ready to persevere.
