For instance a zoning attorney or architect may be able to identify properties with favorable zoning or perhaps even change zoning  through a new zoning permit or a use change variance before the property is acquired.

I hope they don't take it further but it seems like if they get their permit fees and inspections, they will be happy.

There is a cap on short-term rental permits in Breck and in Summit County ... and both caps are well over the limit.I'm not against AI, but these types of un-vetted responses can harm new investors.

When you say fully renovated, do you mean you did the work with all required permits and are a contractor?
