Hello,As though the pandemic wasn't enough with all the moratoriums Hurricane Ida surely has also impacted both the small and large multifamily investors and sometimes the impact may not be immediate ,for example someone who was planning and preparing to sell his investment property may not be able to sell at the market value after the hurricane has damaged the property.
