I wanted to take the opposite view though. 

My experience with the Cincinnati REIA has been just the opposite of Stone's.  

Given that this has become a very competitive market, competition was constantly rising, but now the opposite is happening.

I have lived here now for about 10 years and it can be an interesting area because there are some pockets of the city where every other street can be fine, and the opposite streets are not the best, but also not the worst!
