You are not obligated to share with the brokerage that you have purchased or have a property under contract. 

It’s essential to make your property appealing to traveling professionals, such as nurses or corporate employees.

If you ever found your self in trouble you sell a property and reduce your debt load and obligations. 

In most states that is considered an act of god and the property owner is under no obligation to do anything for you.
