and we get rent paid on time as the tenants pick the fruit for food and use cash to pay rent. we have the normal mow and blow pick up any thing else.

You'll make more money if you invest in the stocks of the best companies but, when the market goes down, you'll generally still lose money because the stocks of the best companies will go down too.I could write a book about this but hopefully I already gave you enough food for thought.

But the way I look at this example is I go to the supermarket I pay on time, bag my own groceries, carry my food out to the car and still the super market raises prices on food.
