I have team up with an organization that will help homeowner modify their loans, by getting them into a fix rate if they are in an ARM, and lowering their monthly payments.

Modifying the loan is a less expensive alternative than going to court over this (especially with all the different parties involved).

If I had loan modification last year, will they base their computations on the modified loan or the original loan if I apply for another loan modification today?

I'm doing a modified 5 Day Sale, and the address will be given to everyone at the same time-the Fri eve or Sat AM of the sale.

Then, if they find information that they think justifies a modification or even a lawsuit, then I believe they will encourage you to pay a fee to have your loan modified.

If the banks would budge--or be forced to budge--to modify everyone's loans (the good, bad and ugly ones) then maybe 4% would help the economy.
