As a Florida Real Estate Attorney and Investor, I have seen investors do their best networking with local groups.

And also the local job market.

The issue I see is smart contracts/tokenized real estate and traditional real estate investors is like oil and water.

I also hold a couple of real estate forums in the area for people like yourselves to connect with service providers, GC's, etc. 

It’s always fascinating to meet investors, learn about their careers, and hear how they got into real estate.Do you focus solely on STRs?

So, comps can help with figuring out local cap rates, then you need the income from the property to determine a value.
