Sold in less than 30 days Lessons learned?

I don't like to dock agents "points" for inexperience as long as they are learning/eager to learn and have the hustle. 

Or a good resource for learning more about these types of loans?

Coming on here to hopefully make connections, or learn from those who have been or are in the same position I currently am in.

Unfortunately, they do not learn and appear to bury their heads in the sand.
