So how does one try and obtain this to sell or wholesale or buy and hold thats why i posted this to see if anyone has or knows how to get a property from these buyers of nonperforming notes Probably not the best use of time trying to isolate one property from a bulk buying hedge fund.  

Multiple this by several markets, and this can become a chore.I have also found that for my isolated property it is hard to ever get there to do an inspection.

This just happened a few months ago, Feb 2015.AGAIN this was an isolated park.

So If I could get both properties and renovated them they will be a little more isolated from the nearby homes.

Is it isolated and/or relatively minor such as old 9" tiles in the basement, insulation wrap around pipes or ducts for the heating system; vermiculate in the attic; or something more intense as in asbestus in the plaster used on walls or ceilings.If the form of asbestos present is highly/easily friable and cannot be adequately sealed from the living space, you are looking at abatement the cost of which could be small (removing tiles or pipe wrap) to considerable (removing all the plaster in the house).  

Perhaps the biggest issue I see with living in LA is how it (Southern California in general) isolates me from more affordable REI opportunities!  

My point is an isolated incident isn't going to sway the market.  

Then the units will be isolated.

The way it's written you can dismiss it as isolated bad examples or as confirming your deepest fears.
