Areas include but are not limited to: Hammond, Whiting, East Chicago, Gary, Hobart, Valparaiso, Crown Point, Merrillville, Shererville, Hobart, etc. come in and introduce yourself- and be sure to invite your friends, colleagues, and other professional contacts! 

At the conclusion of the session, the gentleman proceeded to talk about how he makes 10 grand for every person he invites into the group and that the classes will teach me all I need to know for only 20 grand.

He asked me to reach out to some of my investor friends and provide free invites.

If enough LL's do this, and enough T's get screwed, you invite regulation into your market. 

I know only the organizer can broadcast out invites, create a "Meetup event," etc.

Plus one tenant, the only legacy,  I wouldn't put past inviting friends in to do laundry.  

I do recommend a day to invite tenants back to empty fridges and get stuff before you secure the place.

You want your place to look inviting, well-kept up, lawn well groomed, shrubs taken care of and looking sweet and neat.
