You see some 20 year old student loans for people who are now helping their kids get into college.  

Save some money and ask a law student in a university to review.

The people who say wholesaling is easy are generally in two camps:- A Guru with a mentorship or training program- A student who just paid thousands of dollars to one of those gurus, and is required to post about how life changing the program was, often using "Go Giver" "Abundance Mindset" or other similar hustle culture language.

The only two reasons I could see for annual turnover is if you do student rentals or are over priced for your market.

Although, obviously, often it is true that the borrower is also the legal title holder...but they are not necessarily interconnected.

I am actively seeking mentors in my area who are willing to teach and guide a determined and hard working student.
