The septic inspector said there is likely a crushed drain pipe between the house and the cesspit (cesspit is only about  10 feet from the house), and if this is repaired it should be fine.

The rent guarantee was never deposited without several reminders that it was past due.In May 2018, ABC told us that the house was almost done, and we could hire a licensed Home Inspector to inspect the home.

The lender just needs to explain the builder up front that the funds can be wired same day as the home is set on the foundation and coordinate with the appraiser/inspector to meet at the time of delivery.

Dude just one point that mold is nothing its so common and the inspectors use this to scare you which they have done.. a little bleach spray it on wipe it off boom its gone..

Just in case but definitely worth it IMO.If you separate the living areas with a wall and add in a 220v oven, this will be a red flag for assessors and inspectors that you're running a true duplex instead of just renting out the basement.

I found a house that I'm interested in and my agent has gotten me a list from the city inspectors as to what needs to be fixed/replaced (obviously I'll need to do wayyyyy more renovation than what's on the list, but it's a good start without ever being at the house so far).
