There were many other questions when I read over the three different term sections that needed agreement to continue with the service, but I never got a response from support on the major noncommercial use clause.Plus, if over 2,600 people are using the product, how many times do you think an agent is going to get messages from various investors through the platform?

Your ability to identify properties and markets where you can generate equity (both imputed and appreciated) while using debt responsibly and knowing when is most appropriate to sell is how you acquire more real estate. 

The requirement to do this generally involves an experienced GC signing on the borrowing entity as a 20+% owner thus making them a signatory on the loan and responsible for the debt which in most cases is not very easy to find.

As an individual investor it’s nearly impossible to wear all three hats and execute efficiently and effectively, especially on a large scale.

This would help focus such a call/support for you and hopefully get you more and valuable responses.
