The volume of human interactions is just different here, so of course the spread rate will be lower.All that being said, I don't believe we're in anyway immune here.

Mold is linked to respiratory issues in young, old and immune compromised and suspected in more. 

And some renters may misunderstand the moratorium, thinking it offers a blanket immunity without understanding the steps involved.

Having multiples LLC does not meant that you are immune to lawsuits.

I understand, I'm rather immune as well compared to where I started out.

This makes me wonder if there's really not a smell that you may have been immune to since you lived there for 7 years.  

:D Using bleach to get rid of mold is a lot more dangerous to those using it than remediation methods that actually remove the mold (not just kill it).Here is what the EPA says:"The purpose of mold remediation is to remove the mold to prevent human exposure and damage to building materials and furnishings....The use of a biocide, such as chlorine bleach, is not recommended as a routine practice during mold remediation, although there may be instances where professional judgment may indicate its use (for example, when immune-compromised individuals are present)."

We are in a major recession nationally, you can’t expect that this area will be immune.

Thankfully, this sort of thing makes my job easier, but it's a bit sad that banks aren't immune from piling it on thick with their own clients who often think their bank is looking out for them just because they've been with them a while.
