Couldn't I get a high powered booster, then buy a hotspot, buy an unlimited $70/month plan for the hotspot, and perhaps get a wifi-extender if the hotspot isn't big enough to cover the house?

Has anyone used a spare phone or mobile hotspot to provide wifi to a Simplisafe system to utilize the webcams? 

You should be clear about what you are paying for before you pay.Honestly, if he's going to charge you 8k to teach you how to do some basic valuations then go cold call or look for "hot spots" in crappy neighborhoods to pick up class C/D houses, then ya, you better cancel and get your money back.

Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, Berthoud, Berthoud, Louisville, Lafayette are all hot spots for future growth on the north side. 

@Zenus Wilson Medical Center is a hot spot for many people because of the reasons well known to you.
