Folks I have been doing this for30 Plus years and those pay forservices do not contain all of theforeclosures believe me I am that old grummpy guy down atrecords going thru every listing.And be careful some of theseservices you pay for the listingsare owned by RE investment firmswho take out some of the bestones get my drift...............yeahbelieve me I have seen it.You want the real stuff get ityourself..................when you areputting over $100k down on a auction better get it right from the Ole horses mouth ie countyrecords.SKI

After glancing thorugh this thread, there appears to be some bad information.A fornesic loan audit is not the process of having you or your attorney tell the bank to "produce the note" which some have done to stall their foreclosure process.Rather, a fornesic loan audit (at least a real one) is where an experienced attorney goes over your loan documents as well as the appraisal documents and idnetifies (if they exist) any violations in the TILA (Truth in Lending Act), loan fraud, appraisal fraud, RESPA violations, etc.
