If I were to put half of my tenants on the block chain for how I would rate them as a tenant....they would be homeless.

It isn't the same as a house and I got the feeling that neighbors won't like the idea of a school bus as a STR in their neighborhood.Might remind them of a homeless camper or something like that.

What should we do with these evil politicians if we can’t just vote them out because the evil morally wrong people keep voting for them in California and New York where housing is the most expensive and the homeless problem the worst?

Plus less trash on the streets and the homeless are less visible. 

Not sure if it's the best thing to do for investing but I know it gives me peace of mind coming from LA where the homeless population is massive, rent is high and rising and debt to income ratio is bananas there.

There are many that wish to sell and trade up right now but they don't dare do it because they'd be homeless if they sold right now so we just have to wait it out.All of that means 2 very important things for investors - Appreciation is fantastic and rents/sales prices are climbing so your returns in this area are guaranteed to produce!

Of course, I grew up in a ghetto and lived in some serious dumps as a kid and we were homeless for a time, so most things are pretty easy for me.

But last week i started driving for dollars and researching properties that I could possibly wholesale so I don't wind up homeless. because I'm  unemployeed because of the virus.
