I think you will need to look at fredericksburg or further away - and most likely a property that needs work.You can find some on the maryland side but be careful with some of the neighborhoods those homes are in.

I have yet to have a guest ask for a refill or mention the quality (I tried to pick a nice-looking, not-too-expensive brand).Be careful with the scents -- I had a run of people pulling out and hiding the scents and one or two people complained that they were scent-sensitive in private notes.

At another property with just the sidewalk I let the tenants take care of it, but the liability of these steep stairs makes it too important for it to be haphazard or me having to scold them to shovel and salt the walk and steps.I know in snowy areas people with houses contract plowing for the winter at a flat rate.

If you just want to build your cash reserves then flipping is the way but just be careful - that too takes a lot of work and research to make sure you don’t lose money.

What I've gathered so far, is that it is more than likely a step in their process to change the electric utility back into PM's name (they took care of all bills on our behalf) by the move-out date.
