What is the point of a measly $25 rent increase, are you afraid to manage a business.Sorry for being harsh but I have zero patience for lack of competence, yours or your PM..

We are not managing but I'm pretty sure you know who are manager is :) It hasn't been active a year yet and this winter does seem particularly harsh and time will tell how this property does.

I hope this doesn’t sound too harsh, but this current pandemic is laying bare the fact that if you do not have ample cash reserves, you’re finished, because you are over-extended and have a good bit of hiney showing.You should not only be able to muster 20% down, but have $30K in dry powder.  

The harsh winter is not helping. 

@Adam Styles this may sound a bit harsh, but consider it tough love: if you're looking to "team up with investors", you'll need to put more out there than 1 sentence, and you'll need to put your best foot forward to show how you're going to bring value to the table.No experienced investor will have any interest in teaming up with you until you learn how to present yourself to them in a way that demonstrates the value you're bringing to the table.

Well let me say this, if you can withstand this downturn by preparing for the harsh winter like squirrels do with nuts, you can survive this.  

My time went from being worth nothing to having real value, and I am finding the pain of opportunity cost to be pretty harsh. 

If you feel they're being too harsh, think about their intent.

@ronald I know this sounds harsh... but remember that you are running a business and you are the CEO of that business.

He stayed calm and polite no matter how harsh the responses were.
