try to get him to his accountant to splain it all to himI dealt with that in the timber industry.. old land owner zero BASIS  1 to 2 million in standing timber  we offer them cash for it..and first words out of their mouth is they are afraid of paying taxsall while living in a beat up shack and driving a 60s pickup with a broken windshield.I had a way to 1031 the timber in a really nice apartment complex make them 10k  a monthnet and replant their property etc etc.. 

Just my opinion, but I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth and have no rich relatives (that I know of).

It looks like we have a buyer for it so myself, the company, and the seller are all a lot happier about it.

There's lots of eyes on your property, word of mouth by people sharing your listing with others helps you get even more leads, AND it's free. 

 ( The houses were in the $600K range)    The sellers used word of mouth , facebook , and one used craigslist . 

The real estate game is very new to us, it's complex and exciting, but we couldn't be happier!

We all know the best contractors are word of mouth and I would appreciate a recommendation.

As long as everyone who’s bad mouthing their plans is also badmouthing other wholesalers I guess it’s a wash.

I think umbrella policies can cover you fine for the most part, but I also am a big fan of just kind of keeping my mouth shut about how much I own.
