In high school I was a jock, played around and grades weren't a concern even in basic courses, my A's were in music and gym.

I go to a very busy LA Fitness gym, and the juice bar Inside the gym has a hard time being profitable and has changed operators a few times.

Earlier in the year I was listening to the podcasts in the gym, but then I fell off.  

You get two years, but like a gym if you don't show up, you waste the fee. 

I find myself, on even day to day purchases/activities, saying to myself "if I save this much money today by not buying new gym shoes or not going out for dinner then I can put that back for the next rental".  

And when the achievement finally happens, it's short-lived, anti-climatic, and they end up raising the bar anyway for the next goal.Focus and celebrate getting in the gym each day rather than focusing on the size of your biceps.  

Build gyms.

The questions I would ask to come to a conclusion would be:Does the property have all the highest amenities in the market that new properties have, such as, resort style pool, clubhouse or social setting, top of the line gym, dog park, car wash area, walking trails, free common area wifi, coffee shop, garages, etc...?

The condo I live in now has a few common areas, a pool, a gym and a roof garden ... all that need maintained.
