We actually keep a pantry pretty well stocked with basics:  tea, coffee, cleaning supplies & laundry stuff, cup of noodles, ramen, soup, oatmeal packets, microwave popcorn, spices, bottled water, lemonade mix/crystal light, etc.  

The situation is regarding a mutual agreement both the landlord and myself made regarding the painting of two rooms within the property we are renting to a neutral color (rooms are currently purple and lime green).

If you do outsource, some management companies will cover various things like cleaning, supplies, etc. so look into that as well. 

Leverage / down payment required will depend on if you're a U.S. citizen, Green card holder or if you have another immigration status.

Hauling it away is the bigger task, but cleaning up after a fire is probably even more work.

I came across few duplexes that I’m looking into in Wichita, hopefully inspection comes back clean and we buy these ones.
