Granite is also not really in right now.

They don't always want the very best finishes, but would rather have a nice, clean, safe place, similar to the rest of the neighborhood, even if the counters are laminate instead of granite.

Granite was a small hold up.

The seller is willing to sell the house to 260k its 4/3, house built in 2006, hardware floors, granite counters, beautiful home, IN Grandview, Mo.Comps show 290,00 so I have equity built in.

We are upgrading all the counters to granite, painting cabinets, carpet to LVP, hardware from a basic brass to a matte black with copper finish, putting in ceiling fans etc.

When we had our granite countertop installed the installers put sticky plastic down to “protect” the floors, and when it was removed it ripped the clear coat clean off in the areas my daughter had been playing with the air pockets.

I typically want the best, top of the line products but I had to learn how to choose laminate over granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring over hardwood, etc...

Moved in Sept 2021, avoided taxes on my primary, and currently remodeling kitchen counters (changing to granite) and cabinets (have sanded/painted and am adding new doors/drawers).

Looking for a cabinet/granite supplier.
