Podio is a great data aggregator while ActiveCampaign is a super powerful tag-based marketing automation system... amazing for outbound direct mail, drip campaigns, text, sly broadcast, etc....

I do know banks won’t provide mortgages for properties that are tagged as grow ups even if they were properly remediated.
