Currently in the learning and researching phase of real estate investing.  Have started to listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and am currently reading any real estate literature I can find.  Always had an interest in real estate and finally starting the process.  Currently in the Dallas, TX area and would love any advice in getting started including good books etc. to further educate myself.  Thinking I would like to get into flipping or rentals.  Just purchased my first home and am hoping to eventually turn it into a rental in 3-5ish years.  Currently work as a Commercial real Estate Adjuster.

Side note - Will be adding a Profile Picture since I see that was a hot topic in the forums.
