Hi There-Some feedback would be great- Do you Sell the house yourself or do you engage another Realtor to do the sale and keep it at arms length in order to reduce any liability?

I would love some honest feedback to see if I am way off asking over a million for this property. 3 years since we started, every year gets better and 2024 was the first year with all units opened. $185k revenue. $100k expenses.

HOWEVER, I recommend reading Stuart's advice above very carefully and perhaps soliciting his feedback on the deal in more detail before putting too much more time into it. 

There only work of it is getting together twice a year, which as you can guess coincides with x-mas season and around July 4th, when there doing family gatherings already.
