I went to a learn-on-the-site program that our local REIA had recently.  3BR/3BA house, owner is probably in 145K after fix up (I know the purchase price, don't know what was spent to get it ready after purchase) and a handful of years later it's now worth 190K. 

Keep in mind this is sponsor-provided material, not something that the site discovered through research, nor verified.

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.There are over 20 real estate accountants on this site.

That's a gamble.

I rent STR mostly through airbnb which acts as a rental manager and I have an assistant that I personally hired to flip/clean the units and also on site for renovations.

As Chris describes it PMC is a dating site for people needing money to do a deal and for people wanting to lend money to make a 10-12% return. 

Also these deals are not one out of 100 they are the last 3 i have closed on to keep, you can verify on the county site.

I could not find one person on BP or any other site but Jerrys that showed anyone saying they made any commissions from Jerry Nortons programs.
