Pour one gallon of hot/warm water mixed with two cups of white vinegar through the condensate drain.

Fill one five gallon bucket up with hot water (~120) and spray it through, you can spray the paint that's in the hose back into the paint bucket.

It should come in 1-gallon quantities.

Two tenants with leaking bathroom faucets doubled the water usage for  6 units from 100 gallons/person/day to 200/ gallons.  

I splurged on the nicer chisel faced block from a big box store a 15 gallon red bud tree from a nursery.   

I buy them in 5 gallon buckets.

Do not take a metal scraper to the walls when they are wet, if you want something to help you bring up the edges of the peeling paint, use a plastic spatula.What works best to spray evenly and a lot is a pressurized gallon herbicide sprayer that you pump to get the pressure up.

By the way, this is a BIG house that took 40 gallons of Kilz.

I'm seeing 7.5 gallons per flush.

So I overbought some paint about a year ago and have about 7 gallons leftover.
