Tucson.[1]Amazon Fulfillment Center Coming to Tucson- Although Tucson did not win the bid to become the home of Amazon’s second HQ it does look like we will be getting a very nice consolation prize.

One year ago, I dedicated myself to lifelong health and wealth which resulted in successfully saving 25% of my income, my first stint in investing, a body transformation, and led me to recently read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. 

My "Why" is because I want to continue to be an active mom in my children's lives (more specifically...not to miss school events, milestones, and just spending time with them), to be able to leave something behind for them (and future generations) that they can build on/take over if they want, and to continue to fulfill my wanderlust as much as possible.       

My thinking is twofold: first, that the ARV would considerably exceed the current appraisal, so equity would be abundant (BRRRR scenario), and second, that this helps me fulfill two dreams at once (mine, entering the investment realm, and my wife's, opening a business.)I am well aware, however, of the fact that this is a long term project, although I don't know exactly how long.

Decide if your lifestyle allows you fulfill the responsibilities of landlord, and then compare the ROI of keeping the condo vs. a different investment vehicle.Good Luck!

No deal is the same, no property the same, and at the end of the day, I love helping people fulfill their goal.  

Other than that, if someone has an analysis addiction (like many real estate people do), I would think that it would be a moving target requiring evaluation often to fulfill the need to always get the very best deal / to ensure your are getting that last drop of benefit.

You are correct it could take years, wealth growth is a life long process.

Having cancer does not absolve a individual from fulfilling their financial responsibilities.

The law would typically favor the landlord and compel the tenant to fulfill the lease commitment and "follow the land".
