It comes more down to what flavor of ice cream you say blah to when tasting and which one you like.Some investors say they will make money at any cost but that is short lived and burn out occurs fast because when you do not enjoy it on some level then it wears you down.

Also, keep in mind, it may not be the seller, it can be the appraiser, they are human and they come in different flavors, I know it is a "science" but, this science has taken us though a series of ups and downs, so do not be discouraged by the provider, if you are satisfied with them to this point, if this is a questionable event, as part of either recurring events int he transaction, it may be time to exit.

In all honestly Im leaning heavily towards our banking relationships as they all seem to have some flavor of ACH in their portals, I would have one heck of an argument to get something like an erentpayment failure reversed, although they overall lack the integration with our accounting packages or the automation to apply late payments (for example) automatically.
