I'm glad your open to feedback and such. 

There are a ton of responses on here that have good & thorough feedback/criticism and I haven't read them all so disregard if I am being redundant here.One thing I haven't read in the first 10-20 replies is that your target client-base could be one of the most challenging to deal with. 

Feedback from our investors regarding Roofstock is that they are still required to be hands on with property management (so it's not truly turnkey).

I'm unsure if this decision would be based more on a "whatever fits your goals" kind of thing.I appreciate any and all feedback :)cheers

I am going to put this feedback in my notes to refer back to.

As a company we are considering a third party that offers virtual/face time walk thru's where human engagement occurs from the first phone call, until 11pm, weekends, holidays included- where the prospective tenant is loosely (virtually) tethered all the way through showings, feedback, follow ups and ultimately application process.

Thank everyone again I'm new to this site but it is an amazing sounding board and everyone gives such amazing feedback.
