We are based on Long Island but invest in Milwaukee WI. 

We are coming down to get a feel for some neighborhoods we've been looking at moving too and don't really have too much planned so I thought it would be a great time to connect with some lenders, investors, contractors, and liked mind individuals while I'm there!

Anyways, that's not the right process because we are in a different country, and also every province is drastically different.

My question again stems around using seller financing to allow them to receive a consistent monthly pay of X amount and delay/lower their tax bill in the short term instead of going through a lender to borrow 800k+ causing my mortgage to be significant part of our income roughly 40-50% of take home -  which we are approved for LOL.

I have been a real estate asset manager for 19 years and can attest that we are in full swing. 

Definitely an important clause to have with all the wear and tear!

Officers all too often think the know the law simply because they wear a badge, when they actually know a lot less than most folks. 

I think we are starting to see a theme here: C and D look better on paper than reality and ar easy to buy (for a reason, I might add).
