I also found that fellow community members are so giving that they will support you to make sure that you're not failing and also more than willing to share their experience or knowledge when you posted questions.The community members are also encouraged to think like an entrepreneur and resulted in many ideas to support other members who just started.

Everyone just sees this as a way to wealth, when it was never intended for that.Its dangerous to encourage people to "move their investments" into bitcoin as the title says. 

Great leaders build high-performing teams by fostering a shared vision, trusting and empowering their members, and encouraging open communication.
