Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

He has now asked me to pay the contractors for the first stage, about 24 lots, for dirtwork, sewage, roads, curbs, electric in exchange for some of the lots.

I'm in the early learning and exploration stage and definitely learning a lot just searching through the BP threads and reading.This gives me more to digest and continue learning.
