That's a serious win.

As a certified advisor for both QBO and Xero, I have to say QBO wins however, you are talking about 6-7x the cost of QBO Plus.

It really depends on your long-term goals. if you're looking to grow your portfolio without selling, leveraging the equity could be a win. 

I always suggest some "quick wins" when I am working with new Podio user.  

My point is that the extra cash flow is easily spent on improving the properties and thereby increasing the value. 

It's very hard to win with low money down in Northern NJ.

It seems like an important service & a win/win for tenants/owners. 🤔🤔 I’m assuming it can be done OOS?

Don't know about anyone else, but I feel like my personal daily battle is between doing what is urgent and fuels my raging undiagnosed ADHD, or what is actually important.I've done a ton of work on this over the past almost 4 years, and still am nowhere that I think I need to be, but I'm at least getting to a level of awareness I don't think I ever had before and that is a win in my book.  

In my Chart of Accounts we list each account separately and then each one is easily listed on my P&L.
