Our tenants on the 1st floor have recently reported issues, among them lots of heavy dust in their apartment even though the windows are closed; and hearing mice / rats behind the walls.

It also puts any Sand Bagging listing agent on verified notice and/or "Forces"  them to cooperate in showing their own listing should you need them too and better ensures your offer actually reaches the seller...who's already loving you in advance and asking about you!

I think its a mixed bag about who you might find from those signs.

I use microwave and small-bag popcorn, Kind bars, a few nice wrapped chocolates and 2 small bottles of water.

I have had people thinking since I am a cash buyer that I was going to bring a big bag of cash and we were gonna sit around and count it out like we were doing a drug deal.

@Glenn Gayet you should pack your bags, move to Denver, and talk to more than a few brokers who have been there for a very long time.

Only if you have several bags of potato chips around the house!

Sometimes this works unless the guy is a  inconsiderate  d bag which obviously he is.  

Don't breathe the dust.
