Thats the goal of your overly emotional response is to get people to back down and force admins/moderators or whatever to stop opposing view points thus silencing them.

I get the lead, and then I call to introduce myself and delve deeper into their investment criteria.

It had a high # of days on market and a recent price reduction that triggered us to take a deeper look.

You took the time to dig deeper and come up with more plausible explanation than just shining 'more' negative light on newbies.
