I see price reductions daily.

Here are two excerpts from the offering statement on PDF p. 28 of 78: How Much We Decide to Distribute: To decide how much to distribute during any calendar quarter, we start with our revenues, which include the proceeds of sale and refinancing transactions as well as payments we receive from homeowners with respect to their mortgage loans.

First, I have true daily and direct access to the 4 owners of Licensing Experts because apparently they don't and won't deal with a bunch of people. 

Since this is a rehab, you shouldn't have to worry about offering a builders warranty but here's some things I've become accustomed to doing to make the warranty, sale process and transaction process easier.  

Do they want the transactional expert or would a relationship be more valuable to them?  

Is this the mobile home with the land, meaning a real estate transaction?

Ultimately the purpose here is to enjoy and be happy with your days, if you own everything you need daily, you don't "need" 500k a year.

Our only debts are a 2.875% mortgage with a balance of $124k only paying $897/month on an appraised value of $325k, daily driver car of $370/month, and use a credit card for monthly expenses, but pay the balance off with every pay check.

You have your life in California, unless you are looking for another job, invest with a group that can handle the transaction for you. 

I have been doing this since the mid 80s  over 3500.00 transactions and If I can do it you can do it :)
