You are right about the risk that comes with the holding period but in my opinion sometimes you have to take the risk and make sure the profit that you generate is higher than the costs that you paid by holding the deal for a specific amount of time.

I simply don't understand the point of SubTo when there is a many generations old existing legal instrument readily available for use.   

I've read about Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffets approach to investing at large and it resonates with me more so than the crypto-generation. 

As a customer I would 100% want to see the outside.

Name one product that completely eliminates lead generation costs, and efforts, where the leads chase you instead of you chasing them?

I wouldn’t say investing in crypto is necessarily the best, but I think putting up to 5% in net worth is worth it for the upside it could generate. 

What I ultimately decided on after speaking with many people in the business and bank customer representatives was to make a savings account for each deposit.

He is arrogant and generates ill will.

A better solution, in my opinion, is not to rely on wholesalers,  as not only is it a dying breed due to the sheer incompetence they exhibit due to gurus' wrong instructions and teachings, but, wouldn't it be better to generate your own leads through a high performing website?
