I’d love to hear why some of you might lean towards one option versus the other!

I'm leaning toward the RV Park AND Self Storage just to be diversified. 

As it has been said, I would tend to lean towards continuing to rent.

If you're capable of that, lean in on the great location.

I would probably lean towards a loan against the 401k, but not liquidating it. 

Being someone that appreciates structure and convenience, after some research I decided to join sub to and shorten my learning curve as much as I could.

I've thought about property mgmt. but I'm having a problem deciding on whether or not giving up 10% of gross income to cover the cost of mgmt. is worth more than convenience of improving the proximity of another location closer to my primary and easier to continue managing myself.
