It doesn't look like it would add much monthly cash flow, but you pick up the equity and appreciation.

Ergo I do all the cooking and cleaning  LOL It doesn't hurt that your wife has a client (you) that gives her all his new builds to sell, lol. 

They’re upfront about timelines, costs, and any hiccups that might pop up.
