Using unrealistic nice round numbers just for clarity. 

For clarity, my structure is SP (guarantor, asset manager and GP) and I also have another GP (not a guarantor but has sweat equity in the deal to manage the day to day renovation project + pay monthly holding costs in the meantime), and then LP (only equity contribution). 

I have some things that I'd like clarity on.

OK, clarity question....So, you calculate into your net worth the appraised value of the home as an asset, and the mortgage as a liability, right?

I'm assuming your talking about your personal expenses, If so, I use Clarity Money app.

They have some things in the works that may require a pretty large 1031, so one there’s clarity there I’ll finalize my approach.

When you say investment team doing 100+ deals per year just so I have clarity, is this your team or you on the team if so what is your role? 

I've seen a lot of opinions on this website about the pros and cons of incorperating as an LLC or not when starting out and I was hoping to get some more clarity on the position in relation to a partnership between two people.
