I think HML started to market at PML to give borrowers the illusion of cheaper rates easier terms etc etc when that simply is not true in practice.

The plaintiff's and insurance company's attorneys seem to know the drill - which is that the case will be settled for under $20k.Have been told this amount is cheaper for the insurance companies than challenging the plaintiff's claim and going to a jury trial.In our opinion, this just encourages desperate tenants AND personal injury attorneys to file frivolous claims!

They paid their rent until another foreclosure became a rental down the street and the rent was cheaper. 

Sometimes you're better off buying a cheaper Airbnb with the same number of bedrooms.

Electrical wiring is a push, with the sheathing better but the wires cheaper and thinner.

Just from my observations it seems apartments can go for cheaper than a SFH.

I currently live in Rome, and have met so many people who have moved from Atlanta/Marietta/Kennesaw area because the housing is significantly cheaper in Rome than those locations.
