I also have a childhood friend who is an agent working for a company that also does property management.

He put tough times in front of me shaping and molding me gave me an amazing father who taught me the value of hard work no matter what your job and of course bride of 38 years to hold me up at all times.

Steve:From my childhood recollection, the snow in Winterpeg is no worse than here ... your's is usually lighter and fluffier ... we get more "heart attack snow" here in the east.I love to traipse about and look at all the "passed overs" in the dead of winter.  

Our firm was in best and final and eventually ended up the brides maid on 3 large deals in the past year because we hit the ceiling on what we believed was a reasonable price based on the numbers. 

So naturally I blew one up and it immediately brought me back to my childhood in the 80s.

Karl- Nice small town, but blight, job losses, drugs and crime have really changed that down home feel from my childhood days.
