My point was that if residential tenants are thieves, what does that make commercial tenants who are behaving the same way?

They will cause the landlords temporary pain, accrue late fees and back rent, and eventually when America reopens, get evicted, sued, and have their credit ruined.In that third case, a minority of landlords are being forced to basically donate free housing to the very worst behaving tenants.

If the whole country was fiscally responsible we wouldn't be having this discussion right now.

Btw the graphic you put down is from some macro economic textbook and markets don’t exactly behave that linearly.

I think people are looking for a quick fix to their sudden cashflow issues they are or soon be having with rentals.  

The bad news is she if she is behaving this way, she is probably already judgement proof due to lack of resources.

I have seen the difference when company layoffs were on the horizon in how people behave.
