Hi Everyone,I got a batch of about 5 deals (flips and rentals) last week from a guy I trust (I did my first and only flip with the guy and have bought 2 very profitable rentals from him) He's been at this a lot longer than me and he's giving me first crack (actually 2nd crack besides the ones he's keeping for his turnkey company) at a list of 10 properties he's trying to put negotiate for. 

I'm looking at Batch Lead Stacker right now and they're charging $110 a month.

Planning on sending my first batch of yellow letters to absentee owners early next month.

Each will have a batch of loan costs.

I sent out one batch of letters with no responses.

Although I'm going to do it it in batches--I don't want to have to run to the bank every time I get an application fee.

My next batch (in process) involves Florida and Ohio.With the proper guidance you can invest countrywide and build your network.If you don't want to take that step alone you can JV with someone doing it, or get some education and be on your way.Howard Marcalle
