Since ADU rules were liberalized by Seattle in 2019 (one attached + one detached allowed on any single-family lot, no owner-occupancy requirement, no restriction against separate sale). a number of spec builders in Seattle have been building what may look like a townhouse triplex but is legally a single family primary homes plus two ADUs, one attached and one detached.

Hi Dan,Two things:1) We don't know if the owner-client agreed to this payment process in their PM contract as it is not attached, so it's a little hard to claim BS.2) Read up on Tortious interference, it has bite.

Unless there are multiple leans against the property, multiple entity's attached to the title, or there needs to be a new title and survey ordered by the attorney's, 60 days is standard.
