Just in general.. you need to apply to the county and ask for the rezone.. planning commission will vote on it... if they are anti growth you probably will get turned down.look to see what the comp plan is .. if its not 5 acre lots same thing probably not going to happen.In the old days in Idaho you could simply do deed descriptions and record them...

I had to install a anti siphon/back wash valve on the utility sink and we removed the water softener as it was not plumbed "correctly" - could not lock the bypass.

Account Closed  no not if its a short sale..these are ANTI EQUITY skimming laws... so if someone has true equity the state is protecting it by requiring anyone who acquires a house pre foreclosure and does not move into it as their resident or use it as a rental..

So when I have done the initial walk through with tenants and told them about things like hanging pictures, I make sure to emphasize that the anti-tip kits are fine, and actually encouraged.
