Curious to see if there are any investors in the build to rent space in Port St Lucie, Ft Lauderdale, and the surrounding areas? 

For example a new house might have central air where an old house has tenant provided window a/c so the maintenance cost is shifted to the tenant.

We installed a Carrier Furnace & Air Conditioner in a house that was under contract but not closed yet.
